As you could imagine the Gunpowder River is a little higher than normal, flowing at 217 in the catch and release area with a temp of 55 degrees. It would appear we are getting very close to streamer season. The pre-spawn is very close, if not happening now. Beginner Fly Tying Class 2014-2015 Great Feathers is proud to announce that we will be hosting a beginner’s fly tying class! This class will be geared for complete beginners to fly tying and novices that want to add a solid foundation to their basic skills. The class will be held at our fly shop in Sparks, Maryland!
